Happy September friends! I don’t know about you, but this summer seemed to FLY by! As sad as I am to see to the warm weather go, I am really looking forward to updating my fall wardrobe. I’ve partnered with one of my favorite activewear brands, Kiava Clothing, to show you some street-to-studio pieces that will help you seamlessly make the jump from summer to fall!
When transitioning seasons, the key is to layer! Autumn days often start off cold and gradually warm up throughout the afternoon. I am obsessed with the White Mesh Jacket for cooler days. The back has an open mesh panel that shows off your sports bra, and the sleeves have double lined thumb holes! I love the form fitting cut on this jacket – it keeps this athleisure look flattering and not overly casual. Whether you want to wear it on a run or just to run errands, it is a perfect piece to keep you well insulated and dry throughout your day. I’m wearing a size small for reference.
As a yoga teacher, I pretty much live in sports bras 7 days a week. Even when I’m not working out, I still resort to my sports bra collection whenever I can. I am always on the hunt for cute and supportive bras, and truthfully this is one of my favorites! I’m wearing the White Battle Rope Bra in size small (I wear a 34C in regular bra for reference). It is seriously SO comfortable, but also very supportive! I’ve worn this bra to several yoga classes and didn’t have to adjust it once. It is also double lined, so I had no issues with it being see-through. Hallelujah!
To complete the look, I am wearing the 25 Inch Aspen Leggings. I am not a huge print fan, but I really love the light gray and white detailing on these leggings. Did I mention that they have POCKETS?! And not just regular pockets, but deep pockets that can actually hold your key, credit cards, ID, etc. They are super lightweight and are made from a material that dries quickly. I paired them with a neutral sneaker for a more polished and put-together look!
What are your go-to athleisure pieces for fall?
