In honor of National Yoga Day, I teamed up with MantraBand to show you some of my favorite bracelet styles! MantraBands are simple, elegant bracelets with a touch of delicate polish and an uplifting message; promoting a lifestyle of optimism, positivity, and mindfulness. They allow you to wear your mantra as your daily reminder, affirmation, and inspiration.
It was so hard for me to decide which ones I wanted because I felt very connected to a lot of the Mantras. I was eventually able to narrow it down to my top three. Each of these mantras are very meaningful to me, and I truly believe that I live by these affirmations in my daily life.
She Believed She Could, So She Did
This past year, I changed careers, got my yoga teaching certification, and started this blog! If there’s anything I’ve learned from my own journey, it’s that there is nothing you can’t accomplish. There are always going to be roadblocks and challenges along the way, but at the end of the day it all comes down to mindset – if you believe it, you can do it!
I am a huge believer in the power of gratitude. I am so grateful for not only the people in my life, but the amazing opportunities I’ve had over the past few years to get me to where I am today. Gratitude is easy when things are going your way, but always a little harder when they aren’t. Always choose to be grateful, even for all the obstacles in your life. They are the things that strengthen you enough to continue on your journey.
Although She Be But Little, She Is Fierce
This Mantra is based from a Shakespeare quote, but it has very special meaning to me. As a petite woman, I think people sometimes underestimate me because of my size. This mantra is a daily reminder that height (or looks in general) do not dictate who you are as a person. No matter what challenges life throws at me, I will never stop fighting for my dreams. I am small, but I am fierce.
